Please email a digital copy of your images by 12 midnight latest on the Sunday before the event. Please ensure your images are correctly sized and titled in accordance with the competition rules.

Also, ensure your print is mounted on the correct sized mount board (500mm x 400mm) and has a backing board.

Please bring your prints on the evening of the competition by 7:15pm latest to allow the labels to be attached, and to give time for the judge to preview them before the competition begins at 7:30pm.
